Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by using the in-software button in the "manage my subscription" menu.

  • Cancellations will only be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.

  • Customers participating in the 7-day free trial for our Diamond Leads program must cancel their subscription before the end of the trial period in order to avoid being charged. If payment is collected after the end of the trial period, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • For the free website service, customers may request a full refund within 30 days of signing up, provided they have not exceeded the monthly usage limits.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they do not use our services or products in violation of our terms of use, including any restrictions on reselling or sharing.

  • Any disputes or complaints will be resolved through informal communication with our customer service team. If necessary, we may refer the matter to arbitration or mediation in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Our cancellation policy is subject to change, and customers are advised to review it regularly.
